Israel/Occupied Palestinian Territories: Amnesty International's updated assessment of Israeli and Palestinian investigations into the Gaza conflict

It analyses some of the flaws in Israel’s system of investigations which are relevant to all the Israeli investigations conducted to date. Amnesty International concludes that both the Israeli government and the Hamas de facto administration have failed to conduct investigations that are credible, independent and in conformity with international law.
