With this interactive training, you will learn about Amnesty International’s mission and way of working, and discover which volunteer role suits you best. Get inspired!

What is a prisoner of conscience? Why does Amnesty oppose the death penalty? And what can you do as a volunteer with Amnesty?

Curious to learn more? Join Amnesty International’s online introduction training on Tuesday, 15 September, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This introduction training is for anyone who would like to learn more about Amnesty International and explore opportunities to get involved as a volunteer. It is suitable for both new volunteers and people who have already been active with Amnesty for some time.

What's this about?

The training will be held online and will be highly interactive, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. During the first part of the session, you will learn more about Amnesty International as an organisation, our mission and way of working, and about human rights in general.

We will also introduce you to the different ways you can get involved with Amnesty as a volunteer, and you will have the opportunity to meet other volunteers.

How to join

Once you have registered, we will send you an email with the link to join the training online a few days before the event.
